This facility, housed in the Biochemistry department, has the capability to produce nanobodies in alpacas as well as produce recombinant proteins expressed E. coli, mammalian cells, and insect cells. These services are offered on a fee-for-service basis.
The Protein Production Facility provides services that include recombinant protein production in bacteria, yeast or insect cells as well as purification of the recombinant protein.
